Don't rent the trampoline! Despite being advised numerous times by customers as to the condition of disrepair, Rendezvous Beach Rentals continues to rent the trampolines. They are VERY quick to point out that on page 2 of the rental agreement it is the renter's responsibility to notify them immediately of any problems. It is clear that they have no intention of providing well maintained trampolines. I have asked them why they don't have the responsibility to inspect ALL of their rental inventory for safety and performance issues prior to agreeing to take the fees. I haven't heard back. RENTER'S Beware!
not the best people to do business with, total scammers if i didn't go on time to check upon the water craft and the weed being sucked up to the rental i am 100% percent sure that the customer service rep would've made me pay for rock damage very dishonest rep he promised me to charge me for an hour because the jet ski sucked up weeds, instead he is making it look like it my fault, which was not my fault and on top of that he says oh their is a piece of plastic cup that was in the lake got sucked up to the rotor i can't be watching all debris on the lake , at the end they charged me an extra half hour even though he told me with his own mouth that he will charge me just for the hour, i find this as a very dishonorable, and scamming method which he didn't want to talk instead he walked away because he knew it was his fault for saying that i end paying for that half hour. if i rent the jet ski for 2 hrs and the tank is full, i should be charged only for the fuel i didn't use not the whole tank of fuel which i see is unfair.
It's a wonderful beach to be at all around. The rental prices are about the same as anywhere (way too high). The best time to come is after 3 when the crowd starts to die down and yiu should stay till sunset. It is well worth it!
I am so very impressed by the service and staff at Rendezvous Beach Rental. They're polite and knowledgeable about their boats and the area. Had zero problems with the boat. I would rent a motor boat from them again.
Wow. Sand . Picnic tables, covers, water, nice people, sun and fun. Can't beat it. I was expecting alot less amenities. But for a state park, this is the bomb
